Sign the petition: GCE calls for end of persecution of civil society in Malawi
The Africa Network Campaign on Education For All (ANCEFA) was born in Abuja in May the 19 th, 2000. The Regional Secretariat was set up in Dakar in 2002.
It aims to promote, enable and strengthen the capacity of African Civil Society to advocate and campaign for Free Education For All.
