ANCEFA is a member of the CCNGO in UNESCO as is currently the Africa regional focal point for CCNGO

ANCEFA is a member of the Global Campaign on Education (GCE) and currently it is represented on its international board by the coordinator.

ANCEFA has supporting relationships with UNESCO, the World Bank and international NGOs. Currently, both ActionAid and Oxfam GB are supporters of ANCEFA
